Last week, I was driving to school, and my ride wasnt as smooth as usual. When i got to my school parking space, I looked at my tires; nothing looked wrong with them. So when I got to my Automechanics class, I asked Mr.A if I could swing in my car after school to check a tire, and he okayed it. Later on that day, swung my car in (without checking my tires first), and parked beneath the lift. When i got out and went to the passenger side, I saw i had a flat. Mr.A told me what to do, and I pretty much lifted my car, took off the wheel, found a 4-inch concrete nail in my tire, plugged it, filled it with air, then put my tire back on the car. I thanked Mr.A and gave him a gift card the next day for being nice enough to let me swing my car in and fix it...
ANYWAY
Today, I was going into the garage to get my cell phone outta my car... when i noticed another flat on a different tire... There's another nail in it, so i have to air it up and attempt to take it to the mechanics shop somewhere tomorrow D= I'm SOOOO angry. I only drive from school to back, so I dont know where the heck i'm getting these dang nails! I've come to 2 conclusions: either there are nails in my parking lot as I leave... OR some moron is sticking nails right against my tires, so when I back up... bam. From now on, I'm gonna start checking really hard around my car before I start the ignition because I'm tired of all these random bad things happening to it =[
Anyway, sorry to waste yall's time with such a story... I'm just ticked, especially since my tires are new.
